About

PeerStorage is a project born in 2015, when I was working as an engineer for Mozilla.

Bathed daily in the problems of the Internet within a Foundation whose mission was to ensure that there remains a space of openness and freedom, I realized that most of the drifts he knew today’s epicenter was storing data.

At a time when the Internet has become a vast commercial space dominated by a few omnipotent services, it has become clear to me that the only way for users to reclaim it is that they constitute, by themselves, the addition of unused of each of their personal devices, a global collaborative storage space, a “common” on which a new generation of services could rely.
