PeerStorage is an online data storage protocol that allows you to develop services that do not require servers. Its purpose is to replace the http and https protocols.

“Cloud” service

For each service, all users access a central server where all their data is stored. This server usually belongs to a company, which can use various business models, including the exploitation of data of its users.

PeerStorage service

Each user makes available to other part of its local storage space and bandwidth. Everyone’s data is stored, encrypted and redundant, by his peers. Only he has the key to decipher them. He may decide to share the latter to allow other users to access his data (messaging, social network, blog).
